(324 sq km) in the [/font][font=Verdana]Gulf of Mexico[/font][font=Verdana], about 20 mi. (32 km) south of [/font][font=Verdana]Pensacola[/font][font=Verdana], officials said. [/font]

[font=Verdana]Hurricane Ivan wrecked the bridge in September 2004, with pieces of the structure ripped away by the bay
