How goes the work on work on Metzger & Lithograph?

Those are great shots. Looks like an awesome job you guys are doing. Hey, how old is that red brick 146 Lithograph building? That looks like it was a pretty cool old building. Know anything about its history? Were you able to save any of that ornate stone work over the main entrance? Is it still available?
