Here in Baltimore, they are converting a lot of office space into condos. The State just accepted a bunch of proposals to turn the World Trade Center into condos. The big problem is that the building is literally built out overtop the harbor so there is no parking. It will be one nice interior strip out job for whatever contractor gets it. The building is 30+ stories tall.

Conversions range from The Plaza and Essex House, to full demolitions, including the 146-room [/font][font=Verdana]Sheraton [/font][font=Verdana]Russell [/font][font=Verdana]Hotel[/font][font=Verdana] at [/font][font=Verdana]45 Park Avenue[/font][font=Verdana].
