Well at $7,917,012 and NASDI at $8,787,000. I belive if you do the math correctly it's right around 10%.

The question should be what did John Williams miss - by leaving 23% on the table for base bid and almost 30% with alternates - good bidding by NASDI, Nupercon, Manafort & Titan who are pretty tight, Empire, Independence & Cambria need to sharpen the pencils and Dore and Gramercy looked at a different job.
