OK, my guy that took the results made a couple errors, so here are the results from the bid tab. Overall, pretty good results. Four packs of bidders when all alternates are included.
Base Bid
Ontario Spec Serv $7,917,012
NASDI $8,787,000
Homrich $9,430,000
Manafort $9,657,000
Titan $9,939,608
Empire $10,741,000
Nuprecon $10,974,200
Independence Exc. $11,960,000
Cambria $12,800,000
Dore $15,540,200
Gramercy $16,731,000
Base Bid plus all Alternates
NASDI $9,767,000
Ontario Spec Serv $9,931,908
Homrich $10,380,000
Nuprecon $12,051,700
Titan $12,066,594
Manafort $12,067,000
Empire $13,101,000
Independence Exc. $13,321,800
Cambria $13,895,000
Dore $18,239,700
Gramercy $18,591,000
The question should be what did John Williams miss - by leaving 23% on the table for base bid and almost 30% with alternates - good bidding by NASDI, Nupercon, Manafort & Titan who are pretty tight, Empire, Independence & Cambria need to sharpen the pencils and Dore and Gramercy looked at a different job.
