MCM Management, headquartered in Michigan, has broken ground on a recycling and transfer station located in Waterloo, Indiana. The facility will consist of a 40,000 square foot recycling station, and a 28,800-square foot scrap metal buyback center.
The company plans to use a significant amount of recycled materials in the construction of the plant.
MCM expects to recycle about 28 percent of the waste delivered to the facility. "The Waterloo Recycle Transfer Station is an excellent fit with our normal demolition and recycling services," stated MCM Management Corp. President, David Mardigian.
IWM Consulting Group, Indianapolis, is serving as the site developer and project manager. "We determined that Northeast Indiana offers a great potential for a facility of this type, and Waterloo was the logical place for the operation," said Mark Matthews, CEO of IWM Consulting Corp.
MCM Management Corp. provides industrial demolition, equipment rental, asbestos abatement, and metals recycling.
