This is an interesting article about Key Arena in Seattle specifically but also about Arenas in general. Here in Baltimore we have the First Maririner Arena which is way past it's prime and something should be done with it. They tried to spruce it up for the Miss USA pageant but it was like putting lipstick on a pig.
We also have the Cole Field House at University of MAryland which should be coming out to bid for demolition soon.
