That article seems a little bit melodramatic. "Slicing ships hulls like a can opener....." :rolleyes:
I thought they had everything out in time. I guess the side scan sonar must have picked up a bunch more debris. Whatever happened to the days when they dragged a 6X6 suspended by 2 chains over the site to ensure you met the limits of removal?
