I would say anywhere from 40 to 50 easily!... Yannuzzi and Sons, Grammercy just to name a few but there were many other big names. Phase1 20 buildings 2 story brick, concrete and wood construction with slab/crawl space & small basement at end of each unit...., contractor to dig 16in below slab, erect permanant chain link fence and supply security during off site hours.
