Late last year the Spanish government passed a law that requires every building built within so many feet of the shoreline to be demolished. At the moment, 70+ highrises are going to have to be demolished. They range in height from 6 to 27 stories. They are trying to save some of them but I seriously doubt if they will be successful. I am working with a Spanish company on a couple of them. Here is a picture of one of the first ones to go.
