The old terminal at Harrisburg International Airport will have to find a taker within about four months or possibly face being demolished.
The Susquehanna Area Regional Airport Authority, which owns HIA, has hired a commercial real estate firm to market the terminal for lease.
The two-decade-old terminal became expendable when a new $240 million terminal opened next to it in 2004, but efforts to find a tenant have been unsuccessful.
Authority member Eric Clancy said the board prefers to find an aviation-related use for the terminal.
