Last I heard they are treating it as a homicide. But at this time they are not sure if the body was placed there before or after the fire. Being there was a 5-week span between the fire and the start of the demolition anything is possible.

That's creepy. Do you know if the investigators think the remains were in the building before it burned, or were they dumped there after the fire?
