[font=Verdana]Granite Construction Incorporated says it has received a contract to replace a bridge in [/font][font=Verdana]Mississippi[/font][font=Verdana] worth a total of about 266 million dollars.[/font]

[font=Verdana]Granite, which receives the deal as part of a joint venture with Archer Western Contractors, says its share of the work is 60 percent, or about 160 million dollars. [/font]

[font=Verdana]The project involves removing and replacing a highway bridge over the [/font][font=Verdana]Saint Louis[/font][font=Verdana]Bay[/font][font=Verdana] near [/font][font=Verdana]Gulfport[/font][font=Verdana]. The structure was destroyed by Hurricane Katrina. [/font]
