Agreed, but how often do you get the right price on a public works job. I'd much rather stick with private, negotiated work!

Like you said earlier, what happens if some endangered species strokes out?

Four of the six spans lend themselves to blasting. One of the other two is over an historic bridge to remain and the other is over active railroad tracks.

All that, and it runs through the zoo. Sounds great to me?
