The village of Seneca has been notified the final phase of the old Seneca River Bridge will be imploded in the afternoon on Wednesday, Dec. 8. The Illinois Department of Transportation will announce the exact time that morning.
The Old Seneca Bridge Implosion Raffle continues, as a second lucky winner will be drawn to push the button to implode the final phase of the bridge.
