The "Spindle" in West Suburban Berwyn, IL is expected to be torn down this summer to make way for a Walgreens. The art piece was made famous in the move "Wayne's World" and is also known as the "car kabob" and the "Eight Car Pile-Up." Meantime, the artist behind the work says it should be saved, not destroyed.
