The DOE is a strange bird. While I was managing a project at the INEEL facility in Idaho, our project was shut down due to a safety incident at Oak Ridge, TN. We were not allowed to resume work until the DOE completed their investigation, issued a report, and had the incident and it's findings discussed with our crews.

The changes could include a safety net or shoring up the crumbling second floor of the giant plant to keep it from falling on workers below. About 450 people work on the demolition project.
