Always sad indeed. I will have to look how many have perished this year so far, but I am guessing it has been at least 12 within the demolition industry just in the US.

Well I think that is the on all jobs, you want the team all working together. Especially if you have

always sad to hear things like this. we've done lots of highway bridge work over the last 7 years, so far no one has gotten hurt. we worked on the Kingery expressway, and the Dan Ryan in chicago, also many other area expressways. i think the fact that our operators, laborers and drivers have all worked together for so long helps us work safely.

The remainder of the bridge was blasted this morning. It is unclear wheter the bridge was originally supposed to be blasted or whether it was done to expedite the project
