[font=Verdana]Mission[/font][font=Verdana]'s mayor Norberto Salinas says the EPA will likely incur the cost and request payment from past and present property owners.[/font]
[font=Verdana]The EPA estimates the cost of the clean-up at $113,000. The mayor says he's asked the EPA to expedite the fencing of the property.[/font]
