Two demolition contract employees of Sinisgalli, Inc., a company contracted to do demolition work for the City of Rochester, NY have been arrested.
Investigators executed two search warrants at 350 Western Drive in Brighton, the business address for Sinisgalli, and S&S Leasing.
Investigators also conducted a search at 3 Fairway Crossing, Pittsford, the home address of Louis Sinisgalli and Donna Caceci-Sinisgalli.
Those arrested were Michael Cenzi, excavator operator, of Greece, NY and Ronnie Caceci, excavator operator, of Irondequoit. They were charged with violations of state EnCon law, specifically attempted endangering public health, safety and environment in the second degree; endangering public health, safety and environment in the fourth degree; and delivering regulated waste to a facility other than permitted.
It is alleged the two were involved in illegal practices involving the demolition of various structures
