Yea it is, Demolition started in November 2007 and ended in August/September 2008. Volvo ec330 with 3rd stick extension, hitachi ex 300uhd and some Gehl minis used for demolition.

Right now there is a Manitowoc crane there placing precast concrete panels in for the parking garage for Cira Centre 2.

Demolition is underway for the Curtis institute of Music expansion in Philadelphia Pa. The buildings that are going to be demolished are on 1600 block of Locust Street. in March 09 bracing began to preserve the 2 historic facades on 1610 and 1618 Locust Street.
