[font=Verdana]The lawsuit, filed in [/font][/font][font=Verdana]Lucas County Common Pleas Court[/font][font=Verdana], alleges that Paramount Toledo LLC owes $22,380 to the city for emergency demolition at [/font][font=Verdana]114 North Ontario St[/font][font=Verdana]. The city also is asking the court to order the property owner to pay $16,870, the estimated cost to backfill an open and unsecured pit that was left after the structure was removed.
