I agree, looks like all of the equipment has both names on it. Also looks like the packaging section demo is complete and they will be moving into the manufactuing section. I wonder if the watertower will be part of the demo project, looks like they have a few cell phone antennas up there.

Took a ride past the site wensday , it appears that altchem and demerex are one in the same.Looks like they have all new daewoo excavators ,one has third member shear.

Your not the only one that hasn't heard of them, Demrex.

Their information is waaaaay off, I looked at some other demolition companies and they said most had like 1-5 employees.

Looking forward to seeing some pictures.

I took a drive over there on sunday to check out the site and see what progress has been made as of sunday. The machines were parked around the back on the other side of the property so I was not able to get a good look at what there using.

My next trip I will take pics of the site and hopefully get close enough to snap pics of the machinery.

I have had altchem bid asbestos work for us in the past and they also bid on some public jobs in my area once in awhile . I have never heard of demerex .

I was shocked to see the demo in progress. I know that the site is listed as a Superfund & brownfield cleanup site. Also it is listed as asbestos contaminated.
