Has anyone bought this type of sling shot before that holds the amo in the handle? Wholesale Sporting Goods Items Shipped To You Direct From China Wholesaler
this company has free shipping to anywhere in the world and they guarantee delivery to Australia. I heard that sling shots
are ok to sell in Australia as long as you say they are being used to toss bait in the water when you go fishing, any truth
to thatone?

I hope they go for implosion, all of the pull over attempts that I've seen have not went well.

1.) Jack Frost Sugar Philadelphia Phase one: Building collapsed with no warning.
2.) Owens Corning Fiberglass Headhouse Barrington, NJ: collapsed with no warning.
3.) Refinery Powerhouse New Jersey: collapsed in the opposite direction of intended fall.

In each of these projects it was shear luck that no one was killed.

UPDATE: Old Dominion Demolition's Vice President Troy Capps says the plan is to continue clearing scrap steel from the site and in two weeks they will decide whether to implode the rest with dynamite, or bring it down by attaching steel cables and pulling.

It is a shame that the people we work for are so lax on giving us the "right" or all of the prints and drawings. I really think that "they" do not think it is that important because we are "just wrecking it" The last job I did, the prints changed every week! Most of the time everyone in the weekly meeting had different sets.... outdated etc... Just goes to show that in our biz. you are on your own. Hope the rest of the job goes well for them.

All of my dealings with Jim, I found him to tell it like it is, even when he made a mistake.:)

Interesting, wonder if this is true:

The head of the Tulsa, Okla.-based demolition company that handled the job said he was not given a full set of drawings.

Tough to tell from the video but the building did look low not a lot of weight for gravity to have a chance to work. I heard that they originally had scheduled two separate shoots. So I guess they will reload & try it again.

Did not look to good... I am wondering why they chose to implode it? Looked to be pretty small low buildings. Implosions are fun to watch but, what a mess to clean up!

Old Dominion Demolition has been preparing the old BASF building for implosion.

Jim Redyke of the Dykon Explosive Demolition Corporation says the former baby diaper manufacturing plant will come down in such a way that one section will collapse on top of the other.

There had been concerns that the site could create an unhealthy plume as it crashes to the ground.

"The plant has been cleaned to EPA standards. Right now, all the lines have been cut all the tanks have been extricated from the plant. We actually have a clean site to make way for new industry," stated site manager Tim Parker.
