I am looking at either a demolition or a salvage and sale on a huge dry-dock in Southern Alabama. If I scrap it, we'll cut around 6K tons of steel. My present plan is to remove the wing-walls down to the pontoon deck and refloat the barge (124' x 376' x 17'). Main-frames are on 8' centers, plating is 9/16". I might be looking for someone interested in wrecking the barge on percentage.
