This is a really nice project if it really comes to fruition. Working for a condominium board can be a real disaster. I am going through it now and it is a real headache. Actually working for anything with "board" in it can be challenging. Frequently, the board tries to perform the Construction Management portion of the work themselves even though they don't have any experience. This leads to unrealistic expectations on their part. It is compunded by the fact that 9 times out of 10 the Board is headed by a retired attorney.
The board I am working for is composed of Doctors and attorneys with one thespian thrown in for good measure

This building is 30 stories. There is one a little further down the beach that is over 40 stories and it amy have to eventually come down too.
