Includes backfilling approximately 920 cubic yards of soil stockpiled on site, allowance for disposing items at the Construction Office, and installing a permanent 6’-0”H, 2” mesh chainlink fence around the perimeter of the site with (2) 8’-0” wide driveway swing-gates and (1) 3’-0” wide pedestrian gate with blue windscreen.
