My advice is to call a local professional demolition contractor and get a quote. There are a lot of variables that a site visit would answer. Quoting over the phone or via post is kind of a no-no in my book.

Anybody have ideas what to charge. 9500 sf one story building 10 ft tall
12" block walls flat roof wood construction. Removing footers and concrete slab floor 4".
