Job Details

MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL 5 DAYS A WEEK -Mostly throughout ALL California, Nevada and projects sometimes in Arizona.
Good verbal, technical writing skills ambitious, well organized, levelheaded, awareness, safety conscious
Willing to learn on the job, we are willing to train and certify as required
Demolition and Environmental Remediation experience is a plus
Knowledge of Asbestos and Lead abatement, Mold Remediation an asset
Bilingual Spanish a plus!
Spot check projects throughout the entirety of the job
Work with PM’s regarding costs and estimates
Review SOW’s for effective production
Source Time and Materials for Change Orders as needed
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and senior management
Plan and schedule project timelines if there are production issues
Communicate clearly and with details for specific elements of the project when dealing with individual clients/contractors
Maintain safety precautions and relay any concerns to PM’s and Field Supervisors
Comply with all Federal, State, and local legal requirements
Meet all project deadlines
Knowledge current abatement and demolition procedures.
