Express Employment Professionals of Woodbury MN has partnered an established landscape company to find Landscape/Demolition Crew Members to work in the Twin Cities Metro Area!
Looking to add professional individuals who are interested in utilizing and growing their skills with the ultimate goal of becoming a crew leader!
Pay: $22-23/ hour depending on experience level in landscape or construction.
Schedule: 8a-430p M-F with overtime on Saturday's as needed
Hiring Criteria: background check and must have valid drivers license/clean driving record
As a Landscape/Demolition Crew Member you will:
- Ability to bring landscape designs to life through site demolition, grading, construction of patios/retaining walls and other hardscapes. As well as, planting trees, shrubs, perennials, placing boulders, and applying mulch.
- Maintain and perform routine maintenance on equipment, etc.
- Maintain a clean and orderly job site.
- Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times or as equipment or tools specify
Qualifications : Landscape/Demolition Crew Member
- Ability to operate tools and equipment not limited to: shovels, string levels, wheelbarrows, and skid/track machines.
- Committed to work in a team atmosphere.
- Experience in landscape installation, carpentry, or other Construction trades (preferred).
- Must have reliable transportation and the ability to drive to locations throughout the Twin Cities metro and suburban areas
- Willingness and ability to follow directions
- Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and work on feet. Good range of motion.
- Willing learner seeking to master the basic skills of turf and garden
