A Manpower recruiter will contact you within 24 hours.Please review more information on the job below:General:* Monday - Fridays (40 hrs a week)* Shift: AM - PM* DIRECT HIRE - IMMEDIATE NEED* $41,600 - $62,400 YEARLY SALARY* Benefits: 401k, vacation days, sick days, mileage reimbursementJob Description: * Loads, unloads, and identifies building materials, machinery, and tools, and distributes them to the appropriate locations;* Participates in demolitions - deconstructing Sheetrock and drywall* Provides assistance to subcontractors while performs heavy physical labor;* Mops, brushes, or spreads paints, cleaning solutions or other compounds over surfaces to clean them or to provide protection;* Uses spray guns for application of material to ceilings or walls, applies caulking compounds by hand or using caulking guns;* Erects and disassembles scaffolding, braces, barricades, ramps, and other temporary structures.Qualifications:* Must be able to read blueprints and schematics* High school diploma REQUIRED* Knowledge of proper use of equipment, materials and supplies used in commercial construction;* Ability to understand verbal and written instructions; must be able to communicate verbally and in writing to co-workers and supervisors;* Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions and to deal with problems involving a few variables.
