Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Job Details
QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred
5+ years experience in a Demolition & Environmental estimating role.
BS degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field or CCP / CEP Certification in lieu of degree.
Required
General knowledge of estimating techniques, cost control, and material pricing.
Knowledge of assigned discipline (Civil, Demolition, Sitework, Wet Utilities, etc.) estimating techniques, regulatory compliance, and cost control processes.
Ability to do moderate math equations, understand financial concepts, and interpret computerized cost data and systems, engineering drawings, purchase orders, contracts, and other construction documents.
Excellent verbal and written communication (English), organizational, grammatical, and prioritization/time-management skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under tight deadlines.
Ability to work independently while also possessing a strong team orientation, positive attitude, and excellent customer service skills.
Problem solving skills: Ability to assess problem situations to identify causes, gather and process relevant information, generate possible solutions, and make recommendations and/or resolve the problem
Proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Project.
Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize work requests.
Knowledge of B2W Estimate and AGTEK software.
