Job Details
Title: Demolition Project Manager / Estimator
Location: Carson, CA / Southern California
Compensation: $80,000 - $105,000 DOE
Duties include:
- Connecting with clients and delivering a high level of customer service while creating accurate estimates and takeoffs that will be used to generate proposals.
- Create cost estimates for a wide variety of demolition projects
- Review RFP’s
- Communicate and coordinate with the field team before, during and after projects
- Track projects profitability levels to ensure margins meet or exceed expectations
Must have:
- 2+ years’ experience estimating for demolition, grading and shoring
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well organized, flexible, detail oriented and able to multi-task
- Familiar with estimating and takeoff software
