Job Details

Title: Demolition Project Manager / Estimator
Location: Carson, CA / Southern California
Compensation: $80,000 - $105,000 DOE

Duties include:

  • Connecting with clients and delivering a high level of customer service while creating accurate estimates and takeoffs that will be used to generate proposals.
  • Create cost estimates for a wide variety of demolition projects
  • Review RFP’s
  • Communicate and coordinate with the field team before, during and after projects
  • Track projects profitability levels to ensure margins meet or exceed expectations

Must have:

  • 2+ years’ experience estimating for demolition, grading and shoring
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Well organized, flexible, detail oriented and able to multi-task
  • Familiar with estimating and takeoff software
