A well-established company is seeking a **Demolition laborer/Foreman** to perform soft and structural demolition.
Hiring demolition foremen candidates.
Projects consist soft and structural demolition. Candidate will be responsible for using various saws to cut cement or break walls in existing buildings. Gathering materials to haul while gutting out a building. This is a demolition/construction job, candidates must be aware of all of the responsibilities that come along with work on a job site of this nature. This can include anything from sweeping, loading trash, using tools (if experience), soft demolition, etc... Candidates should be flexible in what they are asked to do by the foreman each day with creating problems.

Contractors will be two floors (5th and 6th) of an office building in Sorrento Valley
(Contractors will not be involved with heavy demolition or working on roadways)
$18.00 - $20.00/ HR - Dependent on experience

**Additional Skills & Qualifications:**
Must have 1-2 years of demo construction experience
Leading crews experience is a plus
Experience in soft demolition or hard is not required, preferred experience
Must be experienced with hand and power tools
Must have a drivers license
Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly
Scissor lift certification is a plus
1- 2 years of demolition experience
