Demolition Estimator

Responsibilities:
• Analyze project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work and materials required for demolition projects.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for labor, equipment, and materials needed for each project.
• Create detailed project proposals that outline the scope of work, timeline, and cost breakdown for clients.
• Work closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure that all estimates are aligned with project goals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and building codes related to demolition projects.
• Participate in bid meetings and negotiations with clients to secure new business.
• Provide ongoing support to project managers during the project execution phase, including addressing any issues or changes that arise.

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in demolition estimating.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using estimating software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and building codes related to demolition projects.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
