Port of Edmonds: North Portwalk and Seawall Reconstruction Phase II Project. The estimated project cost is $2.9 million dollars. The scope of work includes providing labor, materials, equipment and installation of port provided materials necessary for: construction of the south parking lot, demolition of the existing Port of Edmonds administrative building, upgrade of electrical service for M and N docks and Guest Moorage, water stub for a Phase III restroom building, construction of a new parking lot access, and asphalt overlay of areas of the south end parking lot, per all plans and specifications.
