Manafort Brothers Opens New Offices

Manafort Brothers has opened a new 10,000-square-foot warehouse and office space in Worcester Massachusetts and is celebrating the grand opening. Although the offices have been open for about four months, they recently held a ribbon cutting ceremony. Attendees at the ribbon cutting included U.S. Rep Jim McGovern, D-Worcester.

“A lot of the work that’s going on in Massachusetts we specialize in,” Manafort said.

Manafort plans to have 10-12 employees working out of its new offices, with another 150 working remotely around the commonwealth.

The company employs 750 people across Connecticut, Rhode Island and Massachusetts, and focuses on concrete construction, site-work, demolitions and remediation.

The company has landed several projects during its first few months in Massachusetts, including construction of a Division of Fisheries building in Westborough and the Champions Center at UMass Amherst as well as renovations to the War Memorial Clock Tower in Quincy.
