Demolition work will require phasing. Construction of a new attached 1-story 1,126sf +/- Boiler Room with all new equipment, to be made fully operational prior to the demolition of an existing Boiler Room. Construction of a new attached 2-story 4,962sf +/- Maintenance & Storage building. Construction shall consist of poured concrete foundations, CMU walls with brick facade, structural steel framing, precast floor plank, steel bar joists, & EPDM roofing. Includes MEPS & IT services. Includes civil amenities with new asphalt parking lot, concrete curb & gutter, site lighting & landscaping. New building facilities will support the existing Justice Center facility. County day-to-day operations shall remain operational during construction
