NASA GSFC/WFF plans to issue an Invitation for Bids (IFB) for Wallops Island Demolition of Building E-108 at NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center, Wallops Flight Facility, Wallops Island, Virginia 23337. The scope of work for this project shall include, but is not limited to: Providing the labor, equipment and materials for the complete demolition of the 21,000 gross square foot Building E-108. Project includes removal of the building structure, building electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems, and removal of all other utilities. The project also includes the complete removal of slabs and/or foundations and for grading and grass seeding in the area where foundations and slabs are removed. The total price offered shall be the total price for work as shown on the specifications and drawings. The work shall be complete.
