Canaveral Port Authority: North Cargo Piers NCP 1&2 Rehabilitation Project The Work is generally described as follows: At North Cargo Piers 1 and 2, remove and replace 13,520 sq ft (approx.) concrete pier deck area. Repair existing concrete pile caps and apply cathodic protection system. Repair existing concrete pier deck by removing with hydro demolition and replacing 5,070 sq ft (approx.) concrete topping. Repair existing pier by removing and replacing marine fenders, bollards and concrete curbs. Remove and replace existing potable water piping, pipe supports, water station manifolds and water station concrete enclosures. Estimated project cost is approximately $3,200,000.
