Littleton Public Schools: (RFQ) Environmental Remediation and Demolition Contractors. Your firm is hereby invited to submit qualifications and a cost proposal for Environmental Remediation and Demolition Services for the Arapahoe County School District No. 6. Littleton Public Schools (LPS, the District), 2018 Bond Program. LPS intends to pre-qualify services for Environmental Consulting firms through this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process which will provide Environmental Consulting Services for selected projects within the 2018 District-Wide Bond Program. Over the five (5)-year duration of the 2018 Bond Program, the District intends to complete site improvements, building additions and/or remodeling, and upgrades to mechanical, electrical, life-safety, security and technology systems. Most of that work will be completed under Design Packages, with design by architect-led teams. Concurrent with design and/or construction on the major Design Packages, the District will be completing other projects in and around many of these same facilities. Such projects may include site improvements, abatement, roofing, door/hardware replacement, renovations, and other minor projects.
