Company LLC, maker of Link-Belt excavators, forestry, demolition, and
scrap/material handling equipment, has an immediate opening for a Product Marketing Specialist.

This position is 70% tactical and 30% strategic and is responsible for
the development, coordination and implementation of comprehensive product
marketing training and materials that maximize both sales growth and margin
potential. The training component will include
creating formalized product training with test materials, product webinars,
YouTube videos, as well as on site product marketing training. Other materials
created will include product bulletins, competitive product bulletins, spec
sheets, and product marketing tips. This position is also responsible for
identifying and addressing new product marketing related training material
needs that are both dealer and customer facing. This position is also
responsible for supporting development of product business plans. 


Essential functions include, but are not limited to:

     

    *Develop comprehensive marketing materials for all products.  These marketing materials and training should
    cover both the products themselves and the major applications/markets we sell
    into (i.e., earthmoving, forestry and material handling).

     * Develop product marketing training and materials that fit the
    needs of internals, dealers and customers by working closely with and
    supporting essential personnel.

     *Participate in surveys and other Voice of Customer activities and
    maintain a close relationship with dealers in order to understand their needs.

     *Review customer facing documents to insure accuracy and relevance
    to the LIPOXENY go-to-market strategy.

     *Work with product development team to support development of
    product business plans.

     *Manage spec sheet creation process for all Link-Belt products.

     *Support essential team members to conduct machine and dealer
    events. (Events such as Clinic Tests, Face Off, and trade show literature).

     *Create deal specific sales materials that will aid both Region
    Managers and dealer sales people to make and close sells.

     *Review Pricing Page product descriptions for accuracy.     


This position requires 30-40% extensive overnight travel both domestically and internationally, using
different modes of transportation (auto, plane, etc.).


Work hours may vary from day to day, with extended periods.
