Description

Come join our team! A well established and trusted demolition and site development company is looking to bring on an individual who can sit in their office, or on-site, and assist with construction administration responsibilities.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Meeting coordination
  • Leading meetings
  • Organizing vendors
  • Answering phone calls when PM is unavailable
  • Data entry
  • Coordination of contracts and code writing proposals
  • Coordination of invoices (incoming and outgoing)

Qualifications:

  • Construction experience required
  • Ability to operate in a fast paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
