Candidate will be working with a crew to do mostly new construction and fit out carpentry. They also will be doing demolition and concrete work that is mixed in. Will be working with steel studs, drywall, acoustical tile ceilings, metal and wood doors, cabinetry and concrete work.

will stay and work til 6/7pm some days
Qualifications: 1+yrs commercial carpentry
Performance Expectations: 1st Day Expectations: Must be able to install drywall, framework, have their own hand and power tools that they bring to the site.
Best vs. Average: Best candidate has 5+ years of commercial carpentry experience with knowledge of concrete. Very presentable and can work well in a team environment. Average candidate only has 1+ yr of commercial carpentry experience, no concrete experience.
