Mechanical Engineer / Database Programmer

Seeking a Mechanical Engineer / Database Programmer (creator) immediately, who has a strong programing background, likes problem solving, is a self-starter, does not mind travel, and may have to get their hands dirty, at times. This newly created role requires the individual to build a vast database of all the equipment we have sold over the years and be the gatekeeper of the new information which comes in from future sales and retrofits.  The end goal is a database that allows all employees instant access to this information through simple queries.
Our products are very technical in nature. Must be in the Norwalk area, as this is not a remote position. Very competitive salary with fantastic benefits package . (Commiserate with experience). Could be a great position, too, for a recent graduate looking to start a career with an amazing (and growing) company.
