Job Details

You will be responsible for creating and managing estimates and jobs for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.

Your responsibilities include meeting with clients, developing quality estimates using Xactimate, manage projects through completion, review budgets and communicate progress with clients and management.


  • Maintain local clientele in position to refer losses (insurance adjusters, community business owners, schools and municipalities)
  • Create and adhere to budgets
  • Maintain construction schedule and ensure work is completed on time
  • Proficiency with source removal, decontamination, mitigation, containment, ventilation, contents and deodorization techniques
  • Proficient with investigative demolition, controlled demolition, decontamination structure cleaning and deodorization services

Desired Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of Exactimate Required (Create floorplans and estimates)
  • Knowledge of building codes
  • RC Certified
