Demo/Abatement/Remediation Estimator


We are seeking an individual with a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in estimating demolition, asbestos abatement, lead and PCB removal projects. Background in estimating structural, mechanical, multi-story and interior demolition project preferred.  Experience using Bid2Win, HeavyBid or similar estimating software is preferred.  Individual must be detail oriented and have excellent communications skills.  A four year degree in construction management or engineering is preferred. Knowledge of Connecticut Department of Public Health and OSHA regulations is preferred. Candidates who possess project management skills and/or previous management of large scale demolition projects will receive higher consideration.
