Job Description: Exterior finish carpentry building architectural wall systems, weather proofing and installing steel stud framing on commercial new builds.

Primarily working with ACM panels but may also by working with foam, wood, zinc, copper, terra cotta and stone panels.
Work Environment: Will be on a crew of 5-20 depending on Job size. Sites will last any where from 6-12 months. **Team Based Environment

Need people who can handle a collaborative work environment and need problem solvers. Do not show up with just a problem, come with a possible solution as well.

Day 1: 4 hour safety orientation office day
Day 2: on site training working with parts and pieces on mockups to understand systems and fastening

The first 30 days will be shadowing a veteran on site doing various tasks siding OR measuring and cutting materials OR running materials.
Qualifications: 1+ years of carpentry experience- finish, rough, framing, commercial/residential remodel, tile installation.

OR 1+ years of commercial construction labor experience. - Installation, demolition, concrete, etc.

Need to be able to read a tape measure and have basic hand tools.
Performance Expectations: Evaluated at 60 days by foreman on attendance, problem solving, attitude and safety.
Interview Information: Start Next Week!
Additional Compensation: 5-10's on all sites, possible Saturdays.
Additional Information: Company will supply all PPE and hand drill.

Basic Carpentry/labor experience- $17-$19/hr (little experience on construction site, but willing to learn)
Finish & rough carpentry experience- $19-$22/hr (construction site experienced worker)

Opportunities for growth, project backlog. Eligible for insurance after going on perm.
