Carpenter will work under the foreman working on small team of carpenters, and possibly labor. Will be responsible for METAL framing, rough frame carpentry, drywall installation, ADA upgrades, bathroom remodeling, punch work.
Scope of work will be ADA upgrades such as installing new railings, partitions, concrete ramps, bathroom renovations, selective demolition, minimal concrete (small patches, trench in-fill, stoops, etc.), rough and some finish carpentry, and doors and hardware and other various small projects.
Position will be customer facing while working in an operable environment.
Commercial construction, remodeling and completing ADA upgrades to HCA medical facilities.
Minimum of 5 years' experience with general carpentry, building, remodeling experience- METAL FRAMING is a MUST.
Drywall experience is a PLUS
Carpentry, renovation, remodeling, ADA upgrade experience a plus.
Jack of all trades type.
Must have strong communications skills, with the ability to communicate with clients, internal employees
Must have transportation and their own tools.
